This page explains how to delete your Kuruier — Courier & Truck
account and the personal data attached to it. Kuruier is published by

1.Delete your account from the app
This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.
1. Open the Kuruier app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when asked.
2.Or ask us to delete it for you
Email support@kuruier.com from the email address
registered on your account, or include your registered mobile number, and ask us to delete
your account. We may need to verify your identity first. We action verified requests within
30 days.
3.What is deleted
Your name, username, email address and mobile number.
Your profile and account settings.
Your KYC documents and identity verification records.
Your saved addresses and receiver contact details.
Your in-app chat messages, images and voice notes.
Your device push token, so notifications stop.
Your business details, vehicle and driver documents, if you are a Fleet Operator.
4.What is kept, and for how long
A small amount of information has to survive account deletion, either because the law
requires it or because it belongs to someone else’s record as much as yours: Transaction, invoice and tax records — retained for the period Indian tax
law requires (currently up to 8 financial years). Completed booking records — retained where they form the other side of another
user’s delivery history, in a form that no longer identifies you. Records under an open dispute, claim or refund — retained until it is resolved. Records we must keep for fraud prevention or under a lawful order.
We keep the minimum needed for those purposes and nothing more.
5.Before you delete
Settle anything outstanding first — deleting your account does not cancel obligations
already incurred. You cannot delete while you have a delivery in progress, an unpaid amount,
or an open dispute. If you are a Fleet Operator, your company must be closed or transferred
first.
Any remaining wallet balance should be withdrawn before you delete.
