Kuruier – Refund Policy

  • 1. General
    Payments are generally non-refundable once a shipment is accepted. Refunds apply only in specific cases.
  • 2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
    Traveler rejection: If all 3 matched Travelers reject, Sender can request a refund.
    Delivery failure due to Traveler: Full refund after investigation.
    Shipment owner withdrawal: Refund processed with 30% deduction from commission.
    Invalid shipment: Refund after deducting commission and applicable GST.
  • 3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
    If the Sender cancels after Traveler acceptance and shipment handover.
    If shipment contained prohibited items.
    If Receiver disputes delivery after confirmation.
  • 4. Refund Process
    Refunds initiated within 3–7 business days.
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
