These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Marsel Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Kuruier mobile application (the “App”) and our related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
Kuruier Platform: The mobile application and technology platform that connects Senders and Travelers.
User: Any person who registers for an account on the Platform.
Sender: A User who creates a request to send a Shipment.
Traveler: A User who is traveling and agrees to carry the Shipment.
Shipment: The permissible item(s) that a Sender requests to be carried by a Traveler.
IMPORTANT: Kuruier is NOT a courier, logistics provider, or carrier.
The Platform is a neutral technology marketplace that facilitates P2P interactions. We provide the technology to connect Senders and Travelers. The actual contract for carriage is directly between the Sender and the Traveler. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any User.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during KYC verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
Kuruier charges a Service Fee for facilitating the connection. The Sender pays the full amount to Kuruier upon accepting a Traveler. We hold this payment in Escrow and release it to the Traveler only after the Receiver confirms successful delivery. The Sender is eligible for a full refund if the Traveler cancels or fails to deliver.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, stolen, or delayed Shipments. We are not liable for any User’s conduct or customs seizures. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the Service Fees paid by you, or (b) $100 USD.
By using Kuruier, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the changes.
