Kuruier – Terms & Conditions
- 1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
You confirm you are legally competent under Indian law to enter into binding agreements. - 2. Nature of Services
Kuruier is a facilitation platform that connects shipment owners (“Senders”) with verified travelers (“Travelers”).
Marsel does not provide courier services directly. Travelers act independently and are not employees or representatives of Marsel. - 3. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and updated personal details.
Complete KYC verification before withdrawing funds (for Travelers).
Use the app only for legal and permitted shipments. - 4. Prohibited Shipments
You may not send: illegal goods, weapons, narcotics, hazardous materials, perishable items, or any other restricted goods under Indian law or international customs regulations.
Travelers must not accept unlisted goods. Marsel is not liable for disputes or penalties arising from such actions. - 5. Service Flow
Only Senders can pay; Travelers cannot unlock shipments by payment.
Payment is collected in-app and held in escrow until delivery confirmation.
Marsel deducts its commission + GST, and the balance is credited to the Traveler. - 6. Communication Rules
In-app communication is limited to predefined system messages.
Receivers abroad may invite Senders into conversations.
External/off-platform communication is prohibited. - 7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and process are governed by the Refund Policy available in-app. - 8. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
Share account credentials or maintain multiple accounts.
Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Disrupt app functionality or upload harmful content.
Damage the reputation of Marsel or misuse Kuruier. - 9. Payments
All payments are processed securely via integrated gateways.
Travelers are paid after successful delivery confirmation.
GST applies only to Marsel’s commission. - 10. Disclaimers
Marsel provides Kuruier “as is”.
Marsel is not responsible for item condition, delays, loss, or actions of Travelers.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific delivery outcomes. - 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes must first be resolved amicably within 15 days. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English in Chennai, India.
